I booked fine and well-equipped room with the bedside tables and a sofa bed and a fridge. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, to the wonderful Ben Yehuda shopping area, it's a plus.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, TV set, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. City view here was nice.

The staff were not that friendly, didn't expect that coming.

Everything was fine, the room was well-equipped with kitchen sink, table for 4, couch.

As youngsters, we loved the prime location in the heart of the city. It was perfect for exploring and close to transportation options. The breakfast spread was incredible with a wide variety of options to choose from.

We felt well taken care of and had no complaints during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Jerusalem. The value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices for such a comfortable and well-equipped room. The location was perfect, just a short trip by taxi or shared van to the public transportation hub and the superb Yehuda market. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all in place, including a comfy bed, powerful air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast delicious, and the location! Fabulous.

I only wish they had a pool- it would have been perfect. There needs to be an elevator to the lower street below...the stairs are a fairly good workout. Had I been elderly or needed a wheelchair, I would have had to ambulate 1/2 block and then climbed a curved hill to get up to the entrance of the hotel.

The venue's position was very central. The staff were welcoming, and the room was clean with bedroom, table and chairs, balcony. The breakfast was exceptionally nice, lots of delicious food.

Perfect value and location for a budget traveler. Extremely helpful staff. Spacious mini-suite rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Phenomenal location near popular attractions.

Such a really really nice stay on vacation. Clean hotel in a big building so close to the Old City, Mahane Yehuda market and light rail station, and most tourists locations. Unbeatable location right across the road to the wonderful Ben Yehuda shopping area, easy to get anywhere.
